Derek Jeter has only been a part of my
life for 8 years, but for many it has been double that.
Last night, in the Bronx, something extraordinary happened.
Jeter got it done, one more time.
I wasn't one of the lucky thousands that
got to attend his last home game. Instead, i watched it at home.
His gratitude, talent, integrity, sense of responsibility, and
example he sets for all has been compared to the greats.
I have to say it was extremely emotional to watch.
The game played out like a Hollywood movie, except, it was real life.
"O Captain my Captain," you will be missed.
