A Summer Dinner and Brunch...

Made a Tuna tartar with avocado and roasted beats along 
with a homemade mozzarella & tomato basil salad with 
aged balsamic.  For dessert homemade 
pistachio & Basil ice cream with
raspberry puree.  
Cocktail: was A Cucumber Cosmos
Organic cucumber Vodka, St. Germain, cucumber
puree, fresh lime juice, served straight up

Bunch was a sauteed mushroom, onion, parsley & basil
frittata.  With Gruyere cheese and cherry yellow tomatoes.  
pitted cherries for homemade buttermilk cherry pancakes.
and raspberry mimosas.
